Chiswick House Gardens Dog Show 2012!

Sunday 23rd September…. just one week to go until one of our favourite fun dog shows! Here’s a taster!

This year Jenny Seagrove  is set to open the show at 10.30am (last year we had Maureen Lipman)and there are several new catagories to enter your dogs including Waggiest Tail, Best Groomed, My Dog’s Got Talent! Anna & Jo from BBC London will be amongst the judges too. (we’ve been on their Thursday night radio show Barking at the Moon) Registration closes midday 21st September, so get your dogs registered soon as!

This was our stand last year…in brilliant sunshine!

Other highlights include:

Pimms Tent & Cocktail Bar, Wine Bar, a BBQ with Mackens burgers & sausages, Have-a-go-Agility with The Dog Coach

A long list of Celebrity Judges – Tom Mangold, Peter Egan, Judith Owen, JoAnne Good & Anna Webb (BBC London’s Barking at the Moon) Jenny Seagrove, Mark Cocozza, Janie Dee, Jilly Johnson and regular favourite James Dreyfus (judging My Dog’s Got Talent)

Over 40 businesses & charity stalls which circle the cricket pitch- including yours truly EdwynUK and our friends at Charley Chau,  Funky Mutts and Holly & Lil.

There is an Official Car Park operating in the grounds of Chiswick Community School open from 10 – 5pm cost £5 all day and the sign posting and directions were excellent last year, so it should be easy to find if your not familiar with the area. It really is a great setting and there are lovely walks in the shade to take your dog for a breather away from the exitement of it all.
