EdwynUK at Hyde Bark

We are really exited to be taking part in The Mayhew Animal Home’s fantastic Hyde Bark Event. It really is an action packed day of events for you and your family, both two and four legged! There is far too much to list, and they’ve done a much better job over on their website here. Highlights are the Diamond Dog Show from 10.30 to 12.30, £3 to enter, which helps fund the invaluable work of the rescue centre. I have it on good authority that Jo and Anna from BBC London’s Barking at the Moon will be judging, so that will be double fun! There is also the Diamond Jubilead Sponsored Dog walk, which is your opportunity to do a 5k or 2k walk around Hyde Park and The Serpentine and help raise money for the home.

We will be there with lots of lovely handmade items for you and your dog, a bigger selection than you’ll find online, some one-offs and samples. Neckerchiefs and keyrings  will be at special reduced prices, so even more incentive to come see us in person! There will be lots of other lovely stalls on show and we’re particularly keen to indulge in The Golden Afternoon Tea Company‘s Dog themed teas!

All in all it looks like a fantastic day out, and we’d love to see you there and meet your wonderful dogs, so make space in your diary and come along!

Hyde Bark, Sunday 15th April, ‘The Old Football Pitches’, near The Pavilion and the Bowling Green, Royal Albert Hall side. Nearest entrances are the ‘Alexandra Gate’, ‘Prince Of Wales Gate’, ‘Rutland Gate’.

Forecast is for sunshine, but it will be cold, so London layers recommended!

This was a great event. Hope the Mayhew raised lots of money for what is a fantastic charity. Dottie looked great in the neckerchief she bought from Edwyn UK ;o)
