Terrier Neckerchiefs sported by Toastie Airedale

August 11, 2010

The other week I had a very lovely customer at my stall at the July edition of the Craft Guerilla Summer Craft Markets (as mentioned here)

The owner of the adorable Toastie the Airedale, who it turned out, I had already met when she was a young puppy out with her dog walker on Walthamstow Marshes. It’s a  fantastic place for a walk with your dog, you would never know you were in London and Edwyn loves it, lots of sniffs and smells and plenty of space to run off lead.

Toastie’s owner ordered a neckerchief with the terrier head print on for the following weekend’s trip to Brighton. He couldn’t decide which colour to go with, the classic linen check fabric, or the red gingham. In the end I sent both…… a terrier can never have too many neckerchiefs, and I’m a sucker for a good looking black and tan terrier, small and large!

Which do you prefer?
